This notice applies to information collected through this website, enquiries, quotations and the delivery of SHORTFORM video-production services in the United Kingdom. We handle personal information in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect information you submit, such as your name, business name, email address, telephone number, location, website or social link, industry, service, budget, preferred date, message and consent confirmation. We may also process correspondence, quotation, contract, invoicing and project-production information. The server may keep limited technical and security logs, and the browser stores your cookie preference locally.
4. Why we use it and our lawful bases
We use enquiry and project information to reply, prepare a quotation, take steps you request before a contract and perform an agreed contract. We may use necessary records to meet legal and accounting obligations and limited technical data for security and service administration where our legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights. Optional analytics or electronic marketing will rely on consent where the law requires it.
5. Sharing and processors
We use hosting and email services to operate the website and deliver enquiries. Footage and project files are retained for the period agreed with the client. Security rate-limit data is used only within a rolling 15-minute window and stale records are periodically removed. Your browser keeps its cookie preference until you replace it or clear site data.
8. Your UK data rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing.
